Our Process

Our design story starts with you and your space. Give us all the details about how you use each room and area, plus backstories on how the area may have change or been used previously

Tell us about your priorities and goals - we'll use that to understand and define an approach on how we can help and support you.

A lot of this conversation will inform the level or type of changes you're expecting to transform the space, but we'll follow-up with questions anywhere more details would be helpful. 

​

These meetings are pretty casual and truly intended to give you the stage to tell us what you need. No judgement. 

Depending on how we're supporting you, whether it's designing the room of your dreams or overseeing the entire interior transformation, we'll continue plotting out the design story you shared with us earlier by diving into the details.

What style are you going for? What inspires you?

Do you have a vision for how your design / style translates in the space? Are there specific pieces you want to use or keep?

​

Are there policies or procedures you have previously used with other professionals or contractors? Were they effective?

​

We'll use these details to put together project plans, direction and aesthetic boards, and draft floorplans as applicable to your project. 

Once you review initial material and share your input and thoughts, we'll begin our work on your transformation. 

​

For design clients, this will include a final floor plan with representative selections to bring your style to life. 

​

Where we're representing you to other home improvement professionals, we'll review a set of outcomes that we'll use to put your project out to bid. Our budget conversations will have a bit more detail as we prepare to prioritize and make our selections and purchases. 

​

Many of these pieces are fluid as we talk and review, but finalizing each will bring us closer to the climax of our story. 

Change can be stressful, but we love partnering with clients to make renovations a dream-like experience - comfortable and confident - as we transform the space together.

Our finalized plans will enable us to begin coordinating other partners and tradespeople and purchasing products to install the design.
